Basics You Need To Know

Household Alerts

•   Be aware that the front doorbell rings the house telephone. Therefore, answer the phone, it may be for you!
•   Be sure the garage door is closed to prevent pipes from freezing.
•   There are luggage storage areas in the children's playroom on the third floor. (small wood doors)
•   There is a portable crib in the luggage storage area in the children's playroom.
•   Do not cut or place hot pans on the pewter island in the kitchen.
•   Do not put range burners in the dishwasher.
•   Be sure to turn off the warming drawer when not in use.
•   You can turn off all of the lights in the common areas leaving a lighted walkway by pressing "Goodnight" at the top and bottom of the stairways.
•   Spa robes are located in the closet in the exercise room.
•   Make sure the spa cover straps are unfastened before opening the top.
•   Fireplace doors must be open when a fire is burning.
•   The switch to turn on each gas fireplace is located on the lower right just inside the fireplace door.
•   Be sure to turn off the outdoor heaters when not in use.
